Actually thanks to Lets game it out video I found a way Current version game 1.4.3 were I can steal the Chairs again and scrap them. I wont make video and wont say how, but I may summit ticket, havnt decided yet.
Edit nevermind The dev fixed it so even if I scrap the chair I dont get the money/iron block from chair
