For those running a potato

Open up:
C:\Users\ [your computer name here] \AppData\Local\Mining\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini

Set 'sg.ResolutionQuality=50.000000' for a decent fps boost at the cost of some blur.
You can use this in windowed modes instead of changing true fullscreen resolutions for better fps.

For super potato computers (or if you like things looking sharp) 'sg.TextureQuality=0' gives a decent boost at the cost of no shadows and fewer distant objects etc.

@Dev please add a resolution scale slider or dropbox in settings.
