Is the game alive or dead?

I've been looking into this game recently and I was wondering if custom models for characters etc will be possible at some point via the steam workshop almost like gmod?

i wanted to ask why i can't buy the game i would like to play it with my friends but i can't buy it and can't put it in my shopping cart can someone tell me why?

no offence but not alot of people playing this have english servers so i was curious if anyone would be happy to play just looking for some new friends to try out this game with thanks for your time

Wtf is wrong with people! Why is no one creating a Roleplay Server?? This has so much potential... And I can't do it because I don't understand how! What's wrong with you Gamers? Just sent it to a RolePlay YouTuber to test it and this will burn! We only need 100 players and it's ready to fly! It's a shame!...
