Modding Help

I've been trying to get some mods working, but most of the resources are dated and appear to not work anymore. Nexus is completely unhelpful as usual and the newer version of the mod manager specifically for RGG games works except when it doesn't.

I've managed to get the logo skip working but not the uncensor/music patch, the crying eyes fix, or the higher-res text pack. Does anyone else playing this run these mods? What is your setup? Some help would be really appreciated.
