overall gang up in 1 guy and deplete their HP, that makes it easier
if you're not level 25 you really should not be attempting the coliseum yet, all skills improve your chances of victory. if you end up in a 1v1 just play it safe and keep running until you can heal, then do small punches, safe and slow does it. I did that for ultimate berserk even though it took me like 10 minutes on the final guy alone
unfortunately shinada's "counter" is terrible, as most enemies will break from the grab anyways. it may as well not exist.
