The Perfect Seasoning Substory

I got stuck in Kiryu's The Perfect Seasoning Substory. I didn't get the call from Tatsuya even I already finish the Tatsuya's training in every district and already got the secret recipe for all character. Any advice?

what chapter are you in? You can't finish it right when you first get to Kamurocho with Kiryu, I believe you have to be the 4th (final chapter) of the final chapter.

I already finish the main story

You must have missed someone's ending. There's 5 total you need to see. Then after all that's done, you go to Cafe Alps and talk to the manager.

I'm assuming that you've already talked to the manager before you had done all 5 endings and now you're waiting for Tatsuya to call you. but I'm pretty sure you have to be in Cafe Alps for him to call you if you've seen all 5 character's endings (where Tatsuya's outside of a restaurant being interviewed about his dish).

I always had all 5 endings done before I even went into Cafe Alps so Idk how it goes if you're told to come back later.
