Just Tiger Drop him.
Grapples, my friend. Komaki Knockback and Grapples. They are your friend.
For Kiryu, play purely defensively with Tiger Drop and Komaki Knockback.
With Saejima, if you've done his training with the GODS, stay in heat mode so you never flinch, easy baby mode.
For Akiyama and Shinada? Bring shotguns. You might be able to use the extremely sturdy knife and katana for shinada but I'd say just having shotguns would be better. Is it cheap? Sure. Is it also cheap to fight both Komakis at the same time time? YES.

Back up against a wall. When Sosuke gets close, perform the backdash kick. This should stun him, giving you enough time to do a short combo. Alternatively, you can tiger drop or komaki parry him, but that requires you to know the timing of his attacks. When he goes into red heat mode, do not run away from him. Stay in fighting stance, keep your distance, and keep moving backwards. If done properly, he'll just move towards you instead of instantly teleporting to your location.

That red heat thing from Sosuke is very important too, especially when you go against Amon as Kiryu.

Ehh, it's good for crowds, but I haven't had much luck against bosses using it. They just block all attacks. Maybe Amon is different, but for other bosses, I've found better tactics to deal with them.
Sosuke is incredibly ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and unfair.
