#9 - The Hills Have Noise
Complete "Floriography", then go to Tenkaichi Alley, specifically Public Park #3. You'll see two punks in there moaning about their leader being gone, and how someone went stomping through Kamurocho Hills before Kiryu got there. Next, go to the MEB and you'll see two guys nearby talking about noises in the Hills at night. Go to the construction site via West Park at night and go up to the main stairs. Press X to listen near there and you'll end up facing former champion at the Coliseum Gary Buster Holmes. Face him in a bout. He's not nearly as difficult as the high-level Coliseum fighters, but he's no slouch either. Once he's beat, he'll give you a Seal of the Dragon.
The faq will get you through it but there's some serious problems with it. If you have above room temp IQ, you can use the faq and the japanese guide to get you the very best stats.

Could you guys allow the removal of blackbars for cutscenes and misc on aspect ratio wider than 16:9, with a warning that it's not intended to be viewed wider than 16:9?
It would be nicer than having to rely on random exe's on the net, not that I don't appreciate modders work.
I'm using an XOne USB controller and rebound the bumpers/triggers. I have Lock-on to RIght Trigger and Taunt to Right Bumper.
I've noticed this when playing Saejima [will have to experiment with other characters]: when i start fights, Saejima will taunt when i'm holding Right Trigger in an attempt to try to lock-on to an enemy at the beginning of the fight. It hasn't cost me any fights yet, but it's unexpected behavior.
I took a few programming courses, so don't take my word for it, but it -feels- like the game is auto defaulting to its default button scheme when it 'loads' a fight, and then is rebinding buttons at the start of the match. So if i'm holding Right Trigger [remember, i rebound it to Lock-On] before the match starts, it performs a Taunt [in my mind, the keys are rebinding at the start of the match, so it's one 'frame' or otherwise a split second that the game interprets me 'taunting' instead of locking on.
I hope this logic for how i'm experiencing makes sense
I didn't experience this for the first guy you play as in the story, and this is my first playthrough, so i don't know if i was having a similar issue with him. However, with Saejima, I can reproduce this on every fight.
