Super Hero League of Hoboken

Super Hero League of Hoboken

30th Aniversary of Super Hero League of Hoboken
I have a podcast that covers what was happening 30 years ago this week, 20 years ago this week, and 10 years ago this week in movies, tv, and video games. As such I will be covering the 30th anniversary of The Super Hero League of Hoboken (I'm probably the only person in the world covering this, but cover it I will!) So... what is YOUR personal memory of the Super Hero League of Hoboken? Did it leave ANY legacy? (I kinda think no, but I'm welcome to hear possibilities!)

like all of legend's games, it's hugely unknown, and unlike legend's other games, it has 'rpg elements' (even though their fantasy novel/world adaptations don't), so it probably didn't appeal to regular adventure game people, making it even more obscure than the rest of their catalog.

I initially bounced off it but 10+ years ago gave it another shot and enjoyed it a lot. the cd version has annoying voiceovers and grunts, so it's the rare occasion where the floppy version is superior. too bad the sequel never happened.
