how to wear uniforms
I have not figure out how to wear uniforms.I can equip tools but uable to wear uniforms

Construct a clothing rack, assign ownership to the colonist. Click on the rack and select the uniform you want them to wear. Then select the colonist, right click the rack, select "equip".

one clothes rack is needed per colonist? Or can they share?

One by colonist, like tool rack and weapon and armor racks
