ELIXIR OF YOUTH

Good evening. Goblins have elixir of youth, but I can't buy it ... what can I do? Do I need a closet to put it in? Thank you.

What's the trouble with buying it? Does it give an error message you don't have enough space?

After you have bought it, it should be visible in the storage menu in the top left and accessible via a medicine cabinet.

Unfortunately in the trade screen when I buy the elixir it doesn't make me buy it. But it doesn't tell me anything, no errors, it just doesn't come off the screen. The place in the locker is a lot.

I have the same problem, I have enough coins to buy the elixir but nothing appen, not even a message.
If I try to give some stuff in exchange, I lose my items when closing the trade window (with the closing button since the trade doesn't work) without getting the elixir :/

There is, in the main menu (in the Logger: General Log) a KeyNotFoundException for each click on the trade button ("the given key was not present in the dictionary").

Side note,
I bought one a few hours ago and found it in my med cabinet, like with the other potions.
On my side it was a fresh install and all, and I was only using the mod that allow you to move tree and rock.
So at some point this works perfectly.

l'élixir de jeunesse est très cher dans le jeu ! je l'ai utilisé une fois, et les effets m'ont semblé assez faible. une dizaine de jours de vies gagné uniquement pour plus de 1000 pièces !
est ce pour tout le monde pareil ? y a t'il un problème d'équilibrage ? ou est ce voulu ainsi ?

Cela peut être très aléatoire - bons et mauvais résultats.

Je ne l'ai pas beaucoup testé, mais quelque chose que j'examinerai bientôt :)

Tu prend aussi un malus au moral de 5. Et oui, tu gagne tres peu de temps par elixir, et a cause du malus, ça ne sert rapidement a rien (vu que la personne en question va passer son temps a ne pas travailler a cause du moral bas).
Le malus au moral peux continuer (10 ...) si tu boit a nouveau.

Hey there, I tried out the elixir of youth and my villager got a small debuff (-3 mood). Is the debuff permanent or will it disappear someday? I like the idea to "save" your villagers from dying at old age (for a price of course and those elixirs aren't cheap) but if they additionally get a permanent debuff that stacks with more potions and never disappear again, that would be too much in my opinion. It's okay if the buff debuff is only temorary.

That debuff is cumulative per potion. However...

Something happened to remove the debuff when a soldier fell in combat but was healed back to full. I can't provide any more information, but it has happened twice.

One other comment about the elixer. I had amassed 20 or so elixers for an old colony (approximately 12 years in), but the 2 remaining goblin groups no longer have the elixer available. Is that supposed to happen, or did I mess up the availability of the elixer somehow?

I’m wondering the same thing to about the elixir. How do I get it if the goblins don’t have it?

OMG after reading this thread, I JUST realised you can right-click and trade with the goblins! I thought the only way to get stuff from them was to demand tribute, and that just was NOT working out.
