Arcane Breach's fourth T4 upgrade (Arcane Explosion) isn't working properly

When this upgrade is equipped, triggering the explosion causes the Arcane Breach to end (the description doesn't say that this should happen), and it explosion doesn't trigger other explosions in other Arcane Breaches within range.

I recently noticed this, too. I thought this is how it is meant to work, but the tooltip could be clear about the Arcane Breach ending, when the explosion triggers.
