Resolution/cursor issues with monitor going to sleep

Hi, I've encountered a bug where if my screen turns off automatically to save power, when I start it back up it is stuck in a much lower resolution. Also, my cursor can leave the game window, but the in-game one hits an invisible wall before it reaches the bottom of the window, and so I can't reach any of the buttons to adjust the visuals.

I'm playing at 1920 x 1080 in fullscreen. When I turn off my monitor manually it doesn't occur, it's only when Win 11 puts my monitor to sleep.
