Report a translation problem
- you consume too much mana, so don't activate modifiers that increase mana consumption more than you can handle until you have enough mana sustain.
- you don't generate enough mana, so get items (or reroll a stat on some items you have) to get more state producing mana: mana leech (best is you deal enough damage), mana generation (good in every situation), mana on hit (good if you use a skill doing a lot of hits, like the mage's ray) or mana on kill (often better than mana on hit).
You'll need to use both options to reach the required balance.
Later, you should manage to have enough mana sustain to use mana however you want.
