Evolve a Reaper vs Primordial form
Is evolving a Reaper the same as unlocking its Primordial form? I saw the achievement for evolving the Reaper which I did not get even after unlocking the Primordial form, so I am assuming its diff

Also, is there any way to go past the lv100 limit of a Reaper? I love a particular Reaper thats already lv100 but wanna increase Reaper Mastery

Not all Reapers can evolve. You can see most of the time if a Reaper can evolve if it's connected to the next entry in the reaper-o-dex.
There is one case of a special evolution where the connection is not displayed: there are two Reapers that require that both are at their evolution level to trigger the common evolution, where they will fuse into their evolved version.
The first example of Reaper that can evolve is the starting one: the Adam Nostrus' Reaper evolves at level 5 into the Adam Nostrus' Mighty Reaper which evolves at level 12 into the Adam Nostrus' Perfect Reaper.

All Slorm Reapers have a Primordial Version.
The Primordial version is unlocked when a Reaper reaches level 100 (reduced by Affinity) and add to the Reaper a Primordial Benediction AND a Primordial Malediction.
Primordial and non-Primordial versions of a Reaper share the same level (and same max level).
When you unlock the Primordial version on the last evolution of a Reaper, the Primordial version of the previous evolutions are also unlocked.
So if you get the Adam Nostrus' Perfect Reaper to 100, you'll unlock the Adam Nostrus's Perfect Primordial Reaper at level 100, the Adam Nostrus's Mighty Primordial Reaper at level 12 (max) and the Adam Nostrus' Primordial Reaper at level 5 (max).

Some Reapers evolve after a certain level. Like the very first one you get. You can notice them in your 'inventory", their "empty black space" adjacent to them are linked when a thick brown line.

As far as I know you can't level them further but you can still upgrade them with your affinity level (with the Forge Side End Game content).
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Where do I see the "Affinity"?
At first I assumed it was related to the upgrades from Cory (the number in the top right of each Reaper's picture). But that can't be it. It says "37" on my current Reaper, so the Primordial-ization(?) should have happened at level 63, if I understood you correct. However it primordial-ized at level 92.

each affinity lvl only decreases the cap by 0.2 so your 37x0.2=7.4 and usually it's rounded so 92 was correct
max affinity is 150, 50 from gears 100 from cory's upgrades

hi, how i evolve goldscourge? i got 45k victims with 50 affinity and it wont evolve did i miss something?
"Goldscourge, Twin-Sword" is particular. His name isn't for nothing as you need another Reaper named "Slormbane, Twin-Sword" and level them both to level 50. You then unlock "Aurifurious, Sword Born of Fusion". It have the effect of both weapons btw so t make the Twin-Swords obsolete.

If you want their primordial form, you need first to have Aurifurious then level it up to unclock all of their primordial form.

EDIT: Oh yeah they are called Twin-Staff with the Mage and probably Twin-Bow with the archer as I don't have them yet on this characters.
