Legendary attribute on different base?

Hello folks,

I've watched a few videos lately on build ideas because mine has somewhat stalled in late game and I've seen people with legendary boot attributes on their necklace and such, is there a crafting mechanic to do this I haven't unlocked yet or is it a random roll possibility I just haven't seen?

In the last endgame mode, you can found Nether items. It's an extra type of item which has two specificities:
- you can increase it's level up to 120
- you can "graft" a stat or a legendary effect on it a limited number of times.

When you graft, you pick 1 stat or 1 legendary effect from an item (that will be destroyed in the process) to transfer it on your Nether item.
It allows to get a stat or legendary effect that you would normally not be able to get on that slot (a boot legendary effect on a glove or a leech life magic stat on not a glove).
But it also allows to have a perfect pure stat over a "normal" stat.

Thanks for the details! Do I need to beat Adam before I can access this? I can do battlegrounds at 10 without issue, but every single one of hit attacks one shots me.

The last endgame mode is unlocked by completing the second part of the Trials, so you need to beat Adam.
