[BUG] Put on cleats doesn't work

Title. No matter how many ranks I put in this skill I can't move when channelling Ray of Obliteration. It's definitely a bug because it did work when I first tried it and now it doesn't.

Skill is working as intended. I just tested it. You must be doing something else. Are you certain the "Put on Cleats" it's actually equipped?

No, I'm not. And, no, it isn't working as intended (for me). I've actually encountered it with a few other skills now including shattering beam and the skill that makes cadence magnify every 3rd attack on the Knight - they just randomly stop working.
There is a fix - refund the skill back to zero and then reapply the ranks - works as expected.

You should then report it on Discord, in the bugs section, devs are more actively looking for suggestions and bug reports on Discord.

I read someone on reddit having similar issue but they didn't notice that each row can have only one perk active. Could you have same issue?
