We've explained our reasoning in the Slormite Chronicles. For anyone that might have missed it. Here's what we said:
For everyone waiting for the experimental branch to open in order to try the latest update—we promised it would be available by the end of February.
Unfortunately, we've decided not to proceed with it.
After careful consideration and internal discussions, we realized that splitting the player base across multiple small releases could hurt the momentum of the official 1.0 update. We may be overthinking it, but we truly believe this is the right decision for the game in the long run.
And as I've replied to someone in that Slormite Chronicles, it has nothing to do with Abiding Bridge. They have ZERO power when it comes to decisions. We're on our own.
So calm down.
Hahahahaha you're funny bruh. The poster may be wrong about who's calling the shots, but they have an arguable point when it comes to player counts (regardless of whether or not its 60) and splitting the player base in a single-player, no trading, no on-line live service game. I guess you're the cool kid now. eh?
They didn't even posted the Chronicle today (yet), when it was a common practice that they posted the Chronicle around 4 a.m. CST. Oh, well...
These guys threw the trust some of us had in this project out the window faster than they work in the game.
It already happened for those to be posted late in the evening.
No point crying wolf over nothing.

EDIT: see?
