Level/Area scaling

I seem to remember that this started-out with a "Scale to my level" option on the story/act quests but that's no-longer there

So I'm assuming there's scaling-to-level on every area to some degree or???

I've Googled like mad but no mention - I can't easily search the patchnotes but I guess this happened at some point?

For us it's still there right under the Red Start Button "Match my Level []"

Aha!

It only appears if you're "some number" of levels above the level of the area - seems like it's maybe 5 levels (a Level 25 didn't show this earlier but it does now as I'm 31)
