thats literally why im asking the question in the first place
Then when a Skill uses a keyword or a specific buff/debuff, a tooltip should pop up about it if you stop moving your mouse for a second.
I think it should answer most of your questions. If something's missing, let me know.
1 this only works for effects added by investments, not buffs/debuffs inherent to skills, for example you cant see tooltips for discordance added by attunment pulse, or traumatized by chrono puncture
2 sometimes even effects added by investments dont have tooltips either, for example what is timeless prison from the chrono manupilation investment?
3, skill/raw/elemental damage, and which is added to what skills isnt clear either, as is the overall distribution of said damage values (raw and elemental damage are somewhat obvious, but where does skill damage come from?)
4, and continuing from 3, what about skills that specifically say they DONT use skill damage anymore? like ancestral orbs mastery 6 upgrade, which says "doesnt use skill damage, but does x % damage", WHAT damage?
there are also a few things that could do with some better explanation too, like the spirit system, and if /what diffrences each of them have

NOTE on 4: That Skill deals two type of damages, Skill and Elemental. With that specific passive upgrade, you remove the Skill Damage to double up the Elemental Damage.
