Where is Cory?
Sorry but I still couldn't find Cory the NPC who unlocks the new mode, anyone could help me out here? Thanks!

I've circled him on the minimap overlay and am standing next to him.

He is not there for me. Does he have a requirement to appear such as completing the Mage Academy? I haven't done that yet (I got sucked into the endgame modes).

Yes, you have to save him during a mission at the Mage Academy.
