Report a translation problem
If your activation rune triggers the effect rune every 40 sec by default, it will trigger:
- every 20 sec with a constraint of 50%;
- every 40 sec with a constraint of 100%;
- every 80 sec with a constraint of 200%.
As the behaviour of the effect can varies a lot, it adds another layer in order to balance in addition to simply nerfing or buffing the effect in itself.
But if there is an activation rune based on number of kills, it will be 100 kills at 100%, 50 kills at 50% and 200 kills at 200%.
Whatever the condition is, it is increased or lowered by the constraint.
Runes just added a whole new way to build your character. There's a lot of testing coming my way lol.
