Siege leader spawn rate
What is the spawn rate for siege leader? Does each run of the forge limits to 1 siege leader?
I've gone through 80 waves and only 1 spawned, I went for every spawn rate increasing challenges as well

it looks like only one can spawn.... im not certain, but the spawn upgrades stop appearing after you defeat it.

in the devs notes, it said that the spawn chance is 1% per wave + modifiers, it seem that only one can spawn per run

Keep in mind that English is not their first language a lot of the descriptions are somehow misleading. The Sieage Leader only spwans ONCE and the whole point of the Siege Leader is to choose your Rune of choice.

So if what you want is farm the runes, as soon as you defeat the Siege Leader and get the rune, leave the Forge and start a new run and repeat until you get all the runes available.

Ps. I've completed 5 full Forge runs and the Leader spawned 1 time per full run. So yeah, I tested it.
