Depends on the type of Whirlwind you're running. Elemental variant? Inner fire? Skill damage?

Generally the answer is going to be The Most Powerful, though. Just remember that it ought to be level 155.

The Most Powerful scales immensely with levels later on, so having every piece of gear give +5 is a very large difference - and the Primordial version of course is just literally 155% better.

Level 100 it has ~4512.5 damage.
Level 150 it has ~15082.5 damage.
Level 155 it has ~16957.5 damage.

And then you slap on Heavens of Steel shoulder legendary for +90% max damage multiplier.

Yeah raw damage build not doing elemental. I'm kind of new to the whirlwild build just trying to get a solid build going. Looked up a video after last night and its was using what you recommended. In your opinion was is the highest clear speed build for huntress working on her next seems alot of info is outdated. Thank for your reply!

For clear speed it heavily depends on what you Wrath level you're aiming for. If you just wish to speed through Wrath 5-6 or lower for example, then a Burning Rage build can be very effective. No need for any button presses, you just zoom through the levels and things die as you walk by.

For Huntress specifically, it's probably still going to be an Arrow Shot build. While it has been nerfed, you now just stack Fork till 50% and Rebound till 100%, Critical Damage over Critical Chance on all pieces, Attack Speed and Damage to Elites where applicable. Key component will be the shoulders that gives extra projectiles (don't level it up beyond +10). Easy and fast clear up to and including Wrath 10.

I'm not sure what you mean by this question.

A legendary item is legendary because of the presence of a legendary effect on it (that can be a stat boost, an ancestral skill, etc).
The rarity of the item depends only on the stats. All combination of both (rarity and legendary) is possible.

You'll find a normal legendary item and will be able to add magic, rare and epic stats on it, increasing it to magic legendary > rare legendary > epic legendary, keeping all the way it's legendary effect.

Else, you can find an item of any rarity and add a legendary effect on it.

To be noted: legendary effects can only appear on a given type of item. A legendary effect that can appear on boots can only appear on boots and no other type of item (shoulder, cape, torso, etc).
You can reroll a legendary effect on an item but you only among the pool of effects that can appear on the item.

Where is this build its not a skill so i assume is a something of a hybrid type thing.

I don't know if there is a guide for it. However, Burning Rage is a skill in the Ancestral Tree. It is an Aura and you simply stack Area Size > Area Effect > Aura Effect in that order. You need approximately ~150% Area Size to fully affect the entire wave-based breaches.
