Always 144 Hz with Vsync deactivated.
Restarting the game fixes it. [/quote]
It happens randomly.
Play the game windowed (720p) and open your task manager, you'll see that the game sometimes reaches the Very High power usage. This is me right now, just standing still in town.

As soon as I go in and star destroying mobs, the "Very High" turns into a bright alarming red lol. And sometimes, the game just freezes and I have to kill the process. This is the only game that causes this, heck not even D3 nor PoE go pass medium usage under stress.
I'm starting to thing this has nothing to do with a memory leak and most likely is a CPU conflict or something like that.
P.S. Turning off all numbers, and names in the options helps quite a bit. And enabling everything in the config file helps too.
My system is very high end so its either the drivers and/or game.
Just checked the tip with disabled the full screen mode and it solves the FPS issue. But it makes the game playable and unplayable for me at the same time.
Because the MAX. resolution is only 1080p and iam playing on a 48" 4k i can barely see the important stuff...... dang :D
