Keep in mind some Reapers evolve once or twice. Before getting the Primordial form of those Reapers, you must unlock their evolved forms, once you reach, lets say, it's third form, you must kill 42 THOUSAND or 43 THOUSAND enemies before unlocking the primal form.
It's something like this:
Reaper -> 1st Evolution -> 2nd Evolution (once you kill 42K or 43K) -> Reaper Primordial Form -> 1st Evolution Primordial Form -> 2nd Evolution Primal Form.
1 we have from the start
19 we drop by closing breaches
12 we get through evolutions
If he had time to get a primordial and to level it up to 100, he could have had the time to unlock some evolutions.
Having 20 reapers doen't mean we have all the "base" reapers (particularly as the first reaper can evolve).
But I don't think we can get a lvl 100 primordial before having dropped all reapers. ;)
PS : Primordial form is not taken into account in the xx/120 count. Else it would go up to 240/120 in the complete game as there will be 120 normal version reapers and 120 primordial version reapers (each reaper has a primordial version).
