% life leach/mana leech is busted.
The title. It's just too good. A single piece of gear having a single one of this modifier, when you hitting for tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, even millions per hit, is just a full heal every attack. Absolutely remove this. No other healing affect is worth having with this available, they are all obsolete.

I'm using Manabender(Prim), and life leach completely negates its drawback. Heck, its own ability negates it completely haha. Free damage built in, drawback is moot by design. Probably change it a bit. Something to do with hurting your mana pool the more you use skills or something in a short period of time, but magnifies your damage. Maybe a stacking debuff that lowers Manaregen until time passes, so you can get overloaded during combat and die if you're not careful.

Life leech has been a staple of the genre for decades, it almost always works the same, it's a very strong late game stat but it does have limitations. It's usually not viable for all builds and tends to not work for say thorns or minion builds. It also does nothing if you die in one hit, so it doesn't negate other defensive stats. Currently on higher wrath levels you can absolutely get instagibbed if you aren't tanky enough, and the game doesn't yet have map effects or bosses which will make damage even spikier.

It's early access why are you asking for nerfs? This literally doesn't make sense since you have no idea what is in store. Let them at least fix the bugs and get to the first big update in july.

This, another chance to say it again.
Devs must remove the ability to forge the same type of affix more than one time per item. That is breaking the game.

The way PoE handles it is much better, making leech give you regen over time rather than instantly healing you, which still leaves you vulnerable to incoming damage and doesn't allow you to spam insanely high mana cost abilities.

Because part of early access is getting the balance right. If you are just going to have one or two stats that beat all others by such orders of magnitude then you might as well just take out the gear system as at that point there is no point to it existing.

That and it has a max cap , with a few ways to increase said cap.

Except you can still get instant % life leech in PoE on uniques, stacking normal leech in passives makes it basically instantly (the system only exists so you can't just get a single source of leech and be done), and the game has strong life on hit potential which applies to every hit for skills that attack dozens of times per second. Functionally there is no difference, you either die in one hit or you are at full health with nothing in between.
