Still cant run after reinstalling PhysicX

This game is ridiculous. I dont know why this is the only game that cant run on my PC. It stopped at the splash screen for erternity.

My spec: i5 4670; 8GB RAM; 760 GTX. All things needed to run a very old game to newest game are all there..... I feel cheated after buying this.

So the game is stuck on initializing input devices. Probably your gaming mouse can block the game from start...

I am using a Sharkoon Drakonia mouse. Dont think i have ever heard of mouse can block a game from running.... So how do i fix it?

The game is old and sometimes it can not initialize uncommon input devices. Can you try to delete mouse drivers? Windows must use it then as "common" mouse and I hope the game will initialize input devices.

I FIXED IT!.... Finally o.O
I was just about to give up, BUT i finally found the problem.

Win10 x64 bit
NVIDIA GEforce GTX 1050 2GB
Two 16:9 Monitors (60hz and 75hz)

I use a NVIDIA Graphic Card, so i opend up the NVIDIA system Settings (right click on desktop, then -> NVIDIA Systemsettings) Then i went to the category: Manage 3D-Settings (or so. i use it in german but i must be something like that in english).
and then i DEACTIVATED the G-Sync-Compatibility in the Category "Monitor-Technology" and set it to "Fixed-Refreshrate"

AND

i DEACTIVATED the Threaded-Optimization as well, because this older game maybe can't handle the CPU multi-core optimization so well...

and then it worked! Started on my main screen (which it doesn't before. i use to screens, and the main screen just went black after the logo on start) wihtout any flickering and issues!
