Can't move
I tried resuming my campaign after the recent update and I can't move my character. I tried starting a new game and then in the tutorial when it says move using the left stick, I'm still stuck.

Before we move on to solving the problem, Sir, let me ask you some standard questions that will help us identify the issue

- what is your PC spec
- what platform, addons (if any) and headset you use
- how do you connect your headset to PC
- do you see the new KeyArt of the game in your library (the on with 3 mages)

I also cannot move my character in game. This includes the 'tutorial section', i.e. immediately after pressing 'A' to reset the view, the next instruction is move/teleport, but neither of those joystick movements do anything. Also in the next room after the intro voices 'let's fight a witch', again I cannot move. Tried restarting the game and also a new game, but same issue.

- what is your PC spec: Intel Core i9 9900K // GALAX GeForce RTX 3080 SG 10GB // 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 //
- what platform, addons (if any) and headset you use: HTC Vive Cosmos with Wireless adapter // Valve Index Controllers
- how do you connect your headset to PC: Wireless adapter
- do you see the new KeyArt of the game in your library (the on with 3 mages), Yes. The picture in the background of this forum - is that what you mean? The game is up to date AFAIK.

Regrettably, we've received feedback from several players encountering issues with movement when using Index Controllers, and we are now actively working on a fix. Hi,
- what is your PC spec: 32GB DDR4 RAM, AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
- what platform, addons (if any) and headset you use: Vive Pro 2 Headset with Valve Index Controllers
- how do you connect your headset to PC: Display Port to Vive Link Box to Headset
- do you see the new KeyArt of the game in your library (the on with 3 mages): Yes

I look forward to playing the game co-op with friends, but cannot recommend if we can't move unfortunately

I can't move. Devs, any fix coming? Bought the game. Never got to play it because I can't move. Hugely disappointed since I heard good things.

-intel i9 12900k, 32GB DDR5 RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 3080 Ti
-Vive pro 2 headset and valve index controllers
-connected Display Port to Vive Link Box to Headset. Checked all my connections.
-yep I see new key art.

So far as I know we're all waiting for the Index Controller patch. I also can't wait to give this a go.

+1 Index Controller problems :( just bought the game and can't play it because of no movements.

How long until we get some further information?

Can you provide an expected ETA for a fix on this issue? Is it definitely in the works? It would be a shame to have to get a refund.
Wow I can't even get a refund. They are quoting "We will not be granting a refund at this time as there is no evidence that the product has a major defect as defined under Australian law."
This is wrong. Nowhere on the store page does it say anything about Index controllers not working. It's a real shame no one is responding to requests for comment.

Usually, you can make a refund up to 14 days after purchase and up to 2 hours in the game. You did it after two months(?), it's too long.

If you write back to me, remember that I'm not affiliated with the company, and I'm mad at them too. People like not to notice such things.

+1 for index controller problem though I did read the below in another thread on a different board and I have not tried this yet to see if it is a fix---be warned that this is untested! but sharing in case it works for others:

Normally the game detects which HMD and controllers are plugged in, and adjusts accordingly. But, in case this system doesn't work there is a way to force the game run as if certain HMD/controllers were detected. In order to do so navigate to: %localappdata%\HMDProject\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor Locate and open Game.ini file with a notepad. In this file add following lines:

So, in order to force the game to run as if Vive HMD with Index Controller was detected, following snippet has to be present in
Game.ini file:
[OverideSetting]
HMD=Vive
Controllers=Index

Can you please confirm if you are working on this at all? Seems pretty fundamental to be honest! I would really like to play the game - can you please give us a firm date or confirmation you're working on this issue? If not, I would appreciate a refund.
