closest thing i can think of is ... breeders of the nephylym ... or ... however nephylym is spelled, too tired to look it up ... and lazy.

i think there was another game too but i can't remember the name ... something to do with monster girls? i think that may have been just some 3D free roam visual novel though, which breeders of the blahblahblah basically is but it does at least have breeding. ... the breeders game, not the monster girl game, i have no clue if the monster girl game has breeding but probably not

games like this seem kinda rare, theres i think its called heat, the VR game, then theres rack 2. but that ones stuck in limbo forever so its hard to say..

Princess Or Conquest has a breeding aspect to it and some costume/appearance customisation like feeding them food to make them thicc.
And you get a sandbox RPG along with it.

most h-game devs abandon their games. They never get made and never come out of early access.

don't know about many games but there is a game called "Archipelagates" in developement if you haven't seen it its Very Furry
