Changing the male parts?

Hello
It seems the male bit of my kobold changes when I restart the game or reload enough times. I tried to fiddle with the "mod configuration" below the Kobold settings but unticking and ticking back these boxes seemed to give mixed results. I don't see any direct way to choose the male bit in Kobold direct settings (just on and off).
So is there some proper way to change these or I do need to use cheat codes from steam guides for consistency?

Hey bud, you don't want to try using the menu options to change the ♥♥♥♥. just go in game, type /cheats in 1st or 3rd person and then type. /♥♥♥♥ "insert ♥♥♥♥ name here"

A few examples are
/♥♥♥♥ KoboldDickEquine
/♥♥♥♥ KoboldDickKnotted

So, modded ones don't work. And you pretty much only get like three options

[Flutterlove]

Modded ones do work, and most mods that add one will list the cheat needed to select them. (Also the /list cheat does include a list of PINGAS, including any modded ones you have)

[DragynDance]

If you want to try out every single dingaling you have installed, or that a public server has installed if you're multiplayer, you can also type in
/d**k 1
/d**k 2
etc to cycle through them. /d**k 255 will remove your flopper entirely.
