Inflation machine - how to make it work?
I cannot figure out how to turn on the inflation machine at the river. I put female kobold into the harness, male cobold into the milking machine. The jar is filled up, but that is all, nothing else is happening. I cannot interact with the machine in any way besides putting the kobolds in. I read somewhere that you have to do something with the middle "drum", but I did not find any way how to interact with it. Any ideas?

run into the middle drum for around 20-30 seconds

the drum is the pump part between the restrains and the tank

if you hold the drum in for about 15-30 seconds, then let go, it should release all the ♥♥♥ at once from the tank. otherwise tapping it will give you small bursts.
you press forward into it. NOT jump on top. just to keep it clear.

wait what
I didn't know that, i thought quick presses were the only way since the plunger depresses so quickly.

yep, you can hold it for longer.
if you keep holding forward you'll just go over it but if you crouch, its easier.
the easiest method and this also works to help you fill yourself in solo mode, is you take a small item like a bucket and use ragdoll pins (shift click) to keep the button pressed.
ya hop in, release the pins, and BOOM... giga gut.
