Is the game censored or un-censored?? Does the game have scenes missing??,mosaics covering up the art work?? ECT-ECT!!! I would like to know as the answer will make my mind up whether to buy this game or not??

hi i own the first part of this series and have this one also in my wishlist. Unfortunately i get the messege, that the game is unavailible in my country (germany). I checked all my steam settings and activated all adult content i also checked the language setting (primary German, secondary English and Japanese) but still cant access the shop site. Is it really blocked in my country? Where can i countercheck that? Maybe its only a setting bug?...
