cliper not working on win 11

I like your tool, but i have some sugestions, that would make it more fun to use for me. - Fix the start without Steam option, make it a option in the settings, that way i would not even have to start Steam to use it and i could start it from desktop. As soon as i close Steam, the tool closes too. I can't use a tool that needs Steam client to run. - when i click on the history window, in the taskbar, it really should minimize to taskbar - i can't use mousewheel in the history main window...
