Squire Monkey King stats build

Hi, I am trying to build a DPS squire and i need some advice.

What stats should I upgrade for the Monkey king? Attack / Vitality or the Pet Damage?

Also, what stats should I focus on Squire? I know Vitality is important. My end goal is to comfortable fight Lycan King on Mixed Mode, HC Rifted. How much HP should I aim for before I pump everything else into Attack?

Pet damage value. And vitality is important, but don't put the points into it. put those into attack, and let your hero stats from your weapon and shield, as well as the monkey itself cover that for you. and depending on which kind of DPS you want the squire doing... if you're doing mixed offense. Get the Etherian Champion set. if you are doing the spinning slash set, make sure you have a heavy slow sword, as the damage from the skill is based off of the raw damage of the weapon.
