Cross-save and Local/Couch Coop Still Coming?

I know they intended to bring these out and are having issues... but are they even still working on bringing this to bear?

We'll be lucky if we see or hear anything by the end of the year. I bought two copies of the game 1 for PC and 1 for the Switch, which has been on pre-order since February 2020. I reached out to @chromaticsupport maybe 4 months ago to see if it was possible to get a refund on the Switch version, i didn't even recieve a reply. I read somewhere on discord the support guy likes their holidays and nobody covers that department when they are away.
