Report a translation problem
I actually cast close to shore, about 1/2 power on casting bar. If I only catch other fish, I move further down the shoreline until I find a spot with catfish. I don't see too much difference of where you fish overall, it's more about the size of the tackle you use. Bigger and more expensive the gear leads to bigger fish.
If not you can pass it with as many as it takes in the time limit, providing you don't run out of time, of course :)
