catfish quest norway

how do you catch one. i get no bites on redworms.

I'm using Leeches at the moment and have been catching some, but nothing big. At least not big enough for the last Norway quest for 1 catfish over 100 lbs. I'm pretty sure it's all catfish combined and not getting just one big +100 lbs catfish, hope it's not anyways. At the rate and size I catch them, it will take 10 or more catfish to complete it.

I actually cast close to shore, about 1/2 power on casting bar. If I only catch other fish, I move further down the shoreline until I find a spot with catfish. I don't see too much difference of where you fish overall, it's more about the size of the tackle you use. Bigger and more expensive the gear leads to bigger fish.

You can pass the quest with 1 cat, if it's big enough.
If not you can pass it with as many as it takes in the time limit, providing you don't run out of time, of course :)
