But i fully agree there should be waaay, waaay more configurations.
For Example i want to choose the m4 round retro handguard in combination with the current shorty stock. But no you cant because the builts are strict limited to the configuration.
Same with the mossberg. The shorty shaft i would like to assemble on the regular gun
Beside that the game needs a ton more parts. What about the folding stock or metal stock for the ak? Its "just" the wooden one.
This Simulator has so much unused potential, which im sure devs are aware of it.
both "free builds" and "configurations" can exist at the same time. ruling one out cause you like the other more isnt a great way to implement change but freebuilding is definitely closer to a true "simulator". gunsmiths dont look at a disassembled firearm and go "which preset do i want today" lol
ty brother
I see what you're looking to do, and agree it would be super cool to be able to mix and match to do a truly custom piece instead of being stuck with preset configurations. There are enough presets to make some interesting guns, but having more flexibility would add a ton more potential play time (yay sandbox!).
