Auctions got way worse in 1.0
I'm not a fan of the auction system at all, but in earlier versions I could still generally get a gun for a decent price. Now I'm seeing guns sell for 2 or 3 times the starting bid, with utterly unrealistic prices being asked for often destroyed weapons needing tons of work. Now that the game has been released, I'm guessing not much is going to change, but if the devs only have time to fix a couple things one huge thing I want to see is a simple gun shop, the auctions are terrible and should not be the only way to buy personal weapons.

In most of these games auctions are really bad, here there was a gun with a price at 200 and was sold at 800+ and each time bot 25$, but my first gun I had with auction was 500, I paid 800 but when I tried to sell it, I sold it at around 400 and the bots only added 5$ each time

It seems like the mechanics have been reverted or at least lessened since the most recent patch today. I've only checked it on 4 guns but all seem to sell how they normally would. Let me know if you guys experience the same thing since the newest patch.

Auctions for some weapons are not working properly, we are working on a fix for that issue
Prices on some of the guns post 1.0 are worse than buying a real gun on Gunbroker. No one would buy a rifle completely rusted or missing a good deal of important parts for over $1000 or anywhere close (if they did it just would not sell) unless it was something extremely rare like a G33/40 or a legit KAR98 sniper or something similar or having provenance . There are price limits that make sense and the game should reflect that. I suggest the developers do a little research on auction sites and distributors to get a feel for realistic pricing.

Its like seeing Nagants in NRA very good shape or better, going for $600-$800 on websites. Its not realistic (way overpriced) when just a few years ago we were buying them in mint condition for $150-$250. You can still get them for close to those prices or at least under $350 if you dig deep and pick and choose.

Broken Luger got bid up from $200 to $800. Fully restored one sells for $700. :steamfacepalm:

Should be more like $1700 or more depending on the model and dates.

I saw one of the US Army test Lugers in .45 about 10 years ago at a place. It went for a bit more, lol

I wasn't talking about the most rarest Lugers out there. I was talking about the more common WW1 9mm specimens.
