Mouse lento e in ritardo

Buongiorno a tutti, ho appena installato il gioco e provato su 2 PC mi da lo stesso problema: il mouse risulta essere lento, impreciso e in ritardo. Ho un PC Windows 10 con processore i5-3330 CPU, 3,00 Ghz, con 16 gb di ram e SSD. Soluzioni? Grazie

What does the Support Team need to address my problem, and what can I provide to speed up the process?

• Please include the complete title of the game that you are having problems with
  Also include a (small) description of your problem. Probably with steps on how to reproduce the issue.
  
• Please provide your full system information.
  
• To do so, please attach a DxDiag.txt to the email if possible. To create the DxDiag.txt, please do the following:
  Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
  Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
  Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
  Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
  Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email to [e-mail]

Il mouse è lento, impreciso, rallentato, con questi presupposti impossibile giocarci . Qualcuno ha una dritta?
