Screen Rotation

Is is possible to freely rotate the screen? like doing the #3rd mission, there was a room in the submarine where I cant see the isle. I proceed that there was a room open and an enemy saw me, so need to re-load as I want to be as quiet as I can be, no alarms.

You can freely rotate the camera indoor by holding the alt key and the mouse wheel.

i eventually figured that out but don't remember seeing it in options. is it there and i missed it? if it's not there, it would be nice if the devs could add it. i recall there are two ALT + Mouse entries but nothing about Mouse Buttons/Wheels. since camera controls were not 'enhanced' in this remaster and the camera controls are so wonky, at least they should be explained better.

I don't remember anyone needing explanation 20 years ago. Why are we worse at gaming now?
