@VIDAL: Thank you for this evidence ! I won t buy censored games. This is such a bad joke, Desperados 3 isn t a worldwargame but already contains more bloodpixels than Commandos 2 HD Remaster. What a waste of a real good game, shame on you ! (Whoever is responsible for such ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥)

That's really a shame. The original german version did not even contain blood spills and killed enemies turned into body bags. Since this wasn't the case in the demo videos, I assumed the HD remaster would be uncensored.

Unfortunately now it looks like the HD remaster will be censored worldwide, so there probably won't be an uncut patch. Too bad I already wasted 12 EUR on it. Will take it as a lesson ...

I just looked at screenshots on store page and not one of them have swastikas so I guess this will be toned down version which i wont buy, sorry devs... I thought this is remaster and not censor version...

It is really a shame from Publisher Kalypso and sad for this beautiful game they destroyed the atmosphere in the game. They don’t share the passion for original games like we, the players, do. Kalypso wants only to make profit and don’t care about passionate customers. So I don’t buy it. Money talks.

The censored parts will remain like that in the final worldwide release, deal with it. Things were removed once, you know. Neither I support censorship but we're a very small portion of the customer base, ,majority of new players won't care much about swastikas or elements removed if they never knew they were there.

Deal with it boys. Censorship rules everything.

Why call it commandos at all then? Please make the soldiers wear pink rainbow suits and shoot squitguns and paintguns with glitter. replace the maps with clouds and the vehicles with unicorns.
If you can't make a true to the original game then don't make it at all.
