Keys exhausted on Humble Bundle; I claimed it but there are no keys available.

for me they gave me a email with a body like this

"A friendly heads-up that game keys for Town of Salem, which was part of your September 2016 Humble Choice monthly mix of games, will expire in 60 days on October 29th, 2024."

unless they have a new rule.

For this specific game, keys seem to be back. There are 2 other games from that Humble Choice that are still unavailable (for me at least).

In a support mail they claim that once they receive more keys the pages will be updated. That was december 6th.

Same problem here. Keys are still exhausted for Jusant and Jack Move.

Got the exhausted keys problem before but usually new keys were available in a few days. Now already waiting for 6 week or so.

Is this a fault of Humble Bundle or are the devs not providing keys to Humble Bundle?

Small update, Jusant keys got back in stock yesterday apparantly.
Jack Move is still out of stock.

Key exhaustions do not have a set time that they last, as some are resolved very quickly while others may span multiple weeks. Therefore, it all depends on how quickly we can receive additional keys from our partners to refill our key pool, and we are sorry for the wait once again. While we cannot offer an estimate of when these will be replenished, as soon as keys are available, an email will be sent to the address registered for the purchase experiencing key exhaustion.

Our internal teams are still working directly with our developer partners to obtain additional keys for all active key exhaustions. We will continue to do so until the keys are restocked; however, we're sorry that members of the Support team won't have any additional information to provide on this specific key exhaustion or expectations for when the keys will arrive.

For Jackmove, Unfortunately, we will not be able to restock the keys for this specific title.

Per user "Edd | empika (So Romantic)" on the So Romantic Discord, as of Jan 20 2025 they have asked their publisher to ask Steam for more keys. I just followed up there for an update today.

So Romantic still doesn't know whether Valve denied the request from Hypetrain.
