gamebar issue (fix found)

so i use xbox game bar to record clips

it works pretty much everywhere, but this game - it even shows the option to enable gaming features but then just doesnt no matter how many times i try

does anyone know any fix to this


update: idk if it'll help anyone in the future but just in case im also including it here, if you have issues with the game not clipping, try moving it to a diff HDD/SSD and see if it works there

Hey there. Just tested this and it is working for me (I did check "remember this game" in settings, but it also worked after disabling that option). I was able to record clips in both windowed and fullscreen modes.

I will look into it more to see if there's any kind of compatibility issue with Unity apps.

thank you for the answer, im glad its not a general problem, tho i dont get why its happening and only specifically with this game

my guess would be that it has to do with me having renamed my windows and then mklinked the earlier name, but the part that is confusing is why its only affecting this game


update: so i moved my game from my third hdd (K:/) to my C: drive (a ssd) and there i can clip, weird, but im leaving this in case anyone else has issues with it

i also tried to move it to hdd 2 (I:/) and there it also clips fine

sorry for the false report whoops, by the way, this game is beyond amazing!
