How are people even able to sell Steam CD Keys for this game? When were you possibly able to obtain them?

Do they get it from 3rd party websites? I cannot find a 3rd party website that sells Steam keys for this game.

Do they use Steam gifting where they add you on Steam first and then send you the game? But that only works during the time the game is available on Steam though.

They used to sell it, but got their pages down 1~2 days before game's deletion from the storefront

I just found it on sale on a key site for over $2100.00 USD. Insane.
I paid $5.42 during a Steam sale.
Epic Games Store also gave it away free in June 2020.

The game pretty much matches Season 3 of the show exactly, scene-by-scene. Nothing but spoilers the whole time, haha.
Have you seen the whole show now? It's awesome. I can't wait till Season 4!

Oh yeah lol, I just claimed it to claim it! Never actually played (Free games are free games!) I got it on steam after I finished the show! And tbh I love it lol. But the chances of a season 4 game on steam is very unlikely, as Netflix now is working on some cloud gaming service!

Interesting. I don't think cloud gaming is that good yet, esp over slow internet connections. But I get them wanting to dip into gaming; they can't keep hoovering up millions of new subscribers forever.
The game is really fun and even a bit scary and funny at times. I love the retro pixel art graphics, sound effects and music, too. It's not insane Borderlands action, but still casual fun for an afternoon. If you like the show, def try the game sometime.
And then realize you're now playing a $2000 work of art...
