Help with the library circuit breaker puzzle

I can't figure it out for the life of me. Even though I think I'm following the instructions on the two computers, the door to banned book depository won't open. Its getting really annoying. Can any who has already solved this puzzle help?

Maybe you could post a picture of each of the rooms and which circuit breakers are supposed to be on and off?

Basically, the instructions for each are on the wrong computer, so you have to check the instructions on both computers, and then flip the switches in the opposite room. For example, when you read the instructions from the east room, go over to the west room and flip the switches exactly how the east room computer describes it, and then do the opposite with the west room instructions.
