am i the only one stuck at billy's backyard because the game wont let me enter through the backdoor even though its opened?

Did you go out the backdoor in the kitchen and fight your way through the back yard? The door to Billy's room is at the back of the house on the other side (opposite the kitchen).

I had the same issue, I ended up throwing a bomb with Lucas at the backdoor and it opened up the area.
