18+ amibiguity/nudity in character creation

So it's kind of ambiguous about whether or not the 18+ patch is doing what it's supposed to, I was hoping the first character customization would make it obvious, but no luck. Considering you get options regarding the maids' nipples, I would expect that they'd be visible. With the 18+ patch would there be an option to remove underwear, or are you left to just kinda... fly blind?

Yes it would be completely nude if you installed the 18+ paid patch here on steam. It will always take off the underwear or clothing on top. I recommend you reinstall the game fresh, install all the DLCs you purchased, download the *MOST RECENT = +18 PATCH UPDATE = ON THE MAIN COM3D2 OFFICIAL WEBSITE* instead of relying on the patch here on steam. It fixes so many bugs and scenes, and it works with steam version of the game with no issues.
