Is there uncensored MOD for game?
From what I see, game censures genitals. is there a mod to uncensor it?

There are a ton of mods for COM3D2 including mosaic uncensor mods. The KISS Q&A does say that the localisations architecture should mean that existing mods are compatible, obviously they don't officially support the mods themselves as they don't create them!

Quite easy - Google Search for "com3d2 uncensor", hits right away.
