Yes the free DLC pack is for all versions, though the nutaku version does have its own nutaku chan exclusive costume with it.

Did you use the nutaku download manager? There's someone on the discord who used the download manager that also couldn't get it to work, others are playing fine though...

Maybe but you can finally support them and their game. Because even if you exclude fan mods, authors still update their game with new features etc. But given how you speak, you pirated it and will continue to do so... so I feel like I just flapped my gums against a wall. :/
